Role:
To ensure that the Business Unit (BU) financial, reporting and stat & tax processes are completed accurately and on time and that the surrounding internal control procedures are strictly adhered to
To deliver the SLA targets in relation to Statutory Accounting & Tax, Reporting and Controlling.
To provide first line support to the Country FD/FC on daily tasks, specific issues and projects.
To deliver business performance partnership, analysis and reporting, on-time, accurately and in full
Qualifications:
University or College degree in Economics or Finance and Accounting
7+ years relevant experience in Accounting and/or Finance
Results orientated and capable of working and managing his/her team in a deadline driven environment.
Experience of working in a multi-national financial environment
Has customer focus to be able to build excellent relationships with relevant internal and external customers
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Hard working personality, flexibility, inquisitiveness, proactivity
Excellent business English, able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
People Management skills
Experience in working with integrated software system is an advantage.
Audit experience is an advantage.
International (part) qualification (IAS/UK/US GAAP) is an advantage
Candidate must be wiling to work in Mckinely West Taguig (WFH for now but will resume office by next year)
Willing to be under Manower initially for 4 months (with benefits)
