Job description:
AU Accounting
Monthly management and financial reporting in accordance with Australian and GPFR and GAAP standards;
Assisting with budgeting and cashflow forecasting;
Bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation;
Payroll on a fortnightly and adhoc basis;
Preparation and lodgement of other Australian compliance matters (ie, BAS, payroll tax, workcover insurance, superannuation);
Assisting the Finance Manager with various adhoc tasks.

At least five years of experience (at least 3 years with an Australian company);
Experience in Xero (preferred), SAP;
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
Strong written and verbal English communication skills for communicating with our Australian staff;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Effective task and time management skills;
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality;

Required profile:
PI Accounting

Liaison with auditors to support annual BIR compliance requirements
Preparation of BIR monthly and VAT refund applications
