SENIOR FINANCE SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities
Leads the company's day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
Prepares monthly financial reports and ensures timely submission to management
Oversees accounts receivable and payable, reviewing billing cycle, aging reports and payment disbursements
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and government filing
Assists with the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and financial plans
Must Haves:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accountancy, financial management, business or any related discipline
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a finance and accounting leadership role, ideally in real estate
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, accounting software for data analysis, spreadsheet management and report generation
