senior Finance specialist - taxARB Call Facilities Inc.

Principal Functions & Responsibilities:
Responsible for over-all tax compliance such as BIR fillings, registration etc.
Ensure that the tax reporting reconciles, maintain and ensure accurate with the book of accounts
To provide accurate and timely tax computations and working papers to ensure tax compliance in accordance with taxation
Answer tax query of various departments and affiliates
Assisting the team on internal tax review and tax initiated projects
Handles local government compliance Handles tax assessments
Handled tax refund application such as VAT
Establish and maintain an efficient and effective relationship with finance team
Coordinate with banks and BIR
Work and Assist with Reporting, Admin and Legal compliances of the company
Prepare financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, etc.).
Answers queries of CFO and Controllers regarding details included in Financial Reports and other adhoc tasks
Attend required team meetings regularly
Responsible in filing all the reports/supporting files monthly inside the team's shared folders
Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
Preferably 5 Yrs experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
Experience in the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (FAS), Accounting for Income Taxes required.
Proficiency in computerized tax preparation software and tax research software.
Candidates must be open to work in Taguig.
Willing to work in a graveyard/night schedule
Guide the team and make sure all tax related transactions are timely and accurate
