Required Experience:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent and or other advance course (Eg. MBA).
Minimum 5 years planning, budgeting and forecasting skills/ experience, solid analytical/data interpretation experience.
Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, Power Point, teams)
Proficient with SAP/BPC/BW
Proficient use of English Language
Demonstrated ability to work with others
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent presentation skills, as candidate will be presenting to the business president and leadership team.
Strong business acumen.
The ideal candidate should be someone who can work fairly independently and at a level of maturity that can create relationships with the business leaders.
Ability to quickly learn business practicess and accounting policies.
Experience with a manufacturing company.
Organized in handling multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment.
Job Description
Support Company's Global Finance and Business community with quality, cost effective business reporting and analysis.
Major Responsibilities:
Analyze and report on OPEX, partnering with cost center owners to set annual budget, update forecasts, and provide actual variances and explanations.
Develop detailed analysis and report for cost center owners.
Analyze and report on other income, setting nnual budget, update forecasts and provide actual variances and explanations.
Update quarterly RT EBIT tracker, including Opex, other income and hydro earnings changes.
Prepare initial MOR, earnings release and QBR presentaitons.
