In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent financial services to our clients. Through the guidance of the Finance Team Lead, you will develop your skills and advance your experience in the financial BPO setting.
Job Conditions:
Fixed Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM(AU)
Salary range: P35k to P45k
Employment type: Start in contract status for 6 months, may directly progress to regular employment
Location: Temporary Work from Home, on-site office in Pasay (Macapagal area, close to the MOA)

Job Role:
Manage the customer's accounting systems (Thrive, MYOB, Xero, SapphireOne) and portals (SharePoint).
Ensure the accuracy of the data processed in the customer's accounting system
Communicate directly to customers for declined reimbursements
Respond to finance queries and provides feedback
Assist the client in completing the monthly Financial Report and Business Activity Statement (BAS).
Preparation and submission of timely statutory and taxation requirements
Ensure accuracy of the general ledger including preparation/review of journal entries, execution of closing tasks, and preparation and distribution of various periodic reports
Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial statements
Perform other duties and functions as may be required
Requirements:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant

Ready to work from home: a device of at least i3 Intel, 500 GB internal storage, 8 GB of RAM, and 10 MBPS internet speed
At least three (3) years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a BPO or client services setting
At least one (1) year of meaningful experience working with clients from Australia
Strong bookkeeping, financial reporting, accounting processing, and accounting software knowledge
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
