Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Monthly management report preparation and provides financial analysis for Offices Leasing Unit
Preparation and monitoring of forecast, budget and forward plans
Prepares budget upload file and uploads budget in SAP before the start of the calendar year
Performs analysis on key operating statistics (e.g. effective rent; occupancy rate, leased-out rate) for major revenue streams of Offices
Provides in-depth analysis on major OPEX drivers
Ensures completeness of monthly accruals for both revenues and expenses
Prepares monthly P&L with analysis
Review of purchase requisitions
Review and monitoring of Accounts Receivable
Prepares various ad hoc reports as needed
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
With at least 7-8 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Can adapt and learn quickly
Strives under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment
