Position: SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER
Job Description:
Responsible for financial and accounting management, covering budget administration and forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, costing, cash and accounts receivable management.
Shall formulate strategies and continuously improve programs, system and policies.
Implement, analyze and report financial data and strategic position to efficiently run the business operation.
Oversee credit & collection and procurement operations to serve internal customers' functional necessities.
Assist in projects and products evaluation: pricing /costs, financial impact
Lead/Assist cross functional heads-to improve profitability and productivity from strategy development to implementation and monitoring.
Keeping company's assets and internal controls.
Provide operational management support specifically in implementing over-all strategic plans, strengthening internal controls and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
CPA, with at least 10 years of experience in General Accounting, Treasury and Payroll, Taxation and Audit and Cost Planning
Preferably with similar working experience as Senior Finance Head in fintech companies.
Has broad knowledge of organizational financial management and adept in financial planning, analysis and projection.
Exhibit strong business acumen and highly effective in anticipating risk, as well as in assessing the financial and operational impact of business decisions.
With proven leadership and management competencies and display strong communication and relational skills.
Aggressive, highly motivated, with strong work ethics and a high level of enthusiasm
Amenable to work in MAKATI CITY and immediately available for employment.
