Job Description:
1. Account Payable, Check, process and prepare all payables
2. Account Receivable, Process and monitor Billing and collection for both supplies and services
3. Assist Finance Manager on Day to day operations
4. Coordinate with Project Teams for project invoicing
5. Coordinate with customers for collection and reconciliation
6. Reporting to Philippines Finance Manager and dotted line reporting to HQ Finance Head
Requirements:
Must possesses at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or Equivalent
Minimum 10 years experienced in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Taxation
Preferably with Telecom company experience
Preferably 30-40 years of age
Required skills - Computer literate
Knowledgeable in Accounting Software especially in Quickbooks
