Here's where you come in...
Handles AR, AP, and inter-company activities.
Revenue Tracker including client billing
Prepare inter-company reconciliation, working closely with the AP team & FinOps Team
Prepare accounts analysis, and supporting schedules for the management and audit purposes
Monthly GL Closing
Any other Adhoc like system implementation etc
Reports to Finance Manager and dotted line to Finance Director

Solid accounting experience, above 5 years
Excellent MS Excel skills, comfortable working with high volumes of data
Dealing with internal/external auditing experience
Adept and comfortable working through frequent change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and hands-on with excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Advertising/marketing background will be an advantage
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, NetSuite preferred.
Willing to be trained and to train others
A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Diverse communicator to all levels within the organization
