Job Description
Ensure all facilities and related works are in compliance to Dyson standards and local regulatory requirements.
Subject Matter Expert in local regulatory requirements relative to facilities, projects, operations, and maintenance.
Manage and enforce compliance to all facilities related code, regulations, standards, waste, certificates and permits.
Monitor and ensure timely renewal of permits and certificates.
Ensure facilities compliance to BCMS, QMS, EMS, EHS, ISO and other similar requirement.
Manage and update facilities Business Impact Assessment, Risk Assessment and ensure all facility operations and maintenance, construction and installations comply with local regulatory requirements.
As facilities lead in ISO related compliance audit, manage facilities procedures, records, and documentation.
Participate in HAZID, Process hazard analysis for the manufacturing plant for current and new processes (facilities, manufacturing).
Preparation of annual operating expense for renewal of permits and other local compliance.
Prepares applicable OSH PEZA, and other audit reports as necessary.
Consult with all departments to provide expertise and ensure compliance with standards, processes, and permits with regards to internal/ external requirements/regulations and information security standards (PEZA, DOLE, OSH, DENR, BFP, Internal Audits, 3rd Party Certifications, etc.)
Process mapping and improvements with different functions collaborating with Facilities and highlight gaps/ deviations and driving timely and accurate closures to ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
Support Permitting System for Contractors General Work Permit Work at Height Hot Work
Monitor and update utilities usage and waste data.
Support 3 LTA programs
Undertake any other related task as outlined by the Facilities Manager
Key Competencies
Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical.
Minimum 10 years work experience in facilities.
In depth knowledge on local regulatory requirements relative to facilities.
Strong hands on and technical background in construction, facilities equipment operations, maintenance, and installations.
Training and Certification in facilities Business Continuity Management System ISO 22301:2019
Training in 6-Sigma.
Training in AutoCAD.
Training in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Spreadsheet, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Able to work flexible hours to suit work/scheduling demands.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Training and awareness on IMS standard (QMS, EMS, HS) as applicable in the assigned work area.Training and awareness on WESM, Energy Management Systems (ISO 50001: 2018) standard and requirements as applicable in the assigned work area.
