Coordination with clients, architects, other consultants / trades to resolve all façade technical / interfacing issues for design team shop drawings delivery. Coordination with China design team to solve all design / technical issues, and provide advice / guideline to design team. Prepare necessary sketches and drawings for proposals, queries and RFIs. Assist project team to solve site issues if any. Attend necessary coordination meeting, workshop & weekly meeting. Check all relevant façade drawings from design team before formal submission Prepare necessary register list, summaries and meeting minutes for monitoring purpose Highlight critical issues/problems to high management in advance if you have any difficulties. And report your works to your leader regularly. High efficient working style with passion, Never be lazy. Understand the balance of priorities. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Doctorate (PhD) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Architecture or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
