Responsibilities:
Collect data, analyse and identify trends to support in formulating business strategies and driving operational efficiencies.
Using statistical tools to track, build and design analytics tools to support business decision making while identifying opportunities and potential risks.
Work closely with relevant departments to establish best practices and good understanding of industry behaviors.
Develop data tools that enable manual process automation with the aim to improve productivity.
Support the team to monitor and track business performance through dashboards and report automation.
Produce weekly, monthly & quarterly analytics reports that reflect ongoing efforts and performance including other adhocs as necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from accredited universities preferably in the Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Data Science program.
Relevant professional experience of 1-2 years in the Business Intelligence or Analyst role.
General understanding of CRM, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint and G Suites.
Sound knowledge of data visualization tools including basic SQL, familiar with BigQuery and Google Data Studio (Power BI and Tableau would be an advantage).
Good reporting skills with particular attention to details.
