Responsible for identifying training needs for various lines of business (Upskilling and Sustained Learning); work with businesses to leverage training needs to meet business goals; Engage with SMEs to develop content and design instruction; ensure training effectiveness through learning outcomes and metrics; responsible for delivering and facilitating training.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver and facilitate Business Managers Program training in alignment with business needs upon business request, with a focus on India and APAC, where required
Design and develop training program alignment with business needs upon request in with a focus on India and APAC, where required
Translate the client's business requirements into training needs and subsequently into the design of training.
Work closely with business to create and align sustainable, integrated L&D solutions.
Deploy instructional designing to reinforce performance-oriented learning by including face-to-face, e-learning and blended learning solutions, simulations and experiential learning in curriculum.
Stay abreast of training and development research.
Manage and track plans and schedules of training delivery or content development.
Deliver and facilitate training necessary to bridge skill gaps in alignment with business needs.
Provide ongoing support to business in reinforcing training in its day-to day applications.
Organize and maintain training records, reports and L&D related data.
Implement and execute program improvement strategy based on analysis of feedback/evaluation data.
Requirements
Bachelor degree. Preferably in Education related fields.
Coaching Certification
Training facilitation certification
Minimum 5 years in a L&D role
Minimum 2-3 years in training delivery role for leadership & other programs
Familiar with LMS systems
Experience with post-training measures to gauge learning effectiveness
Knowledge and understanding of Instructional Designing
Ability to create/develop program content based on requirements
Knowledge of evaluations of training programs and learning effectiveness
Knowledge of Talent Management process• Passion and drive towards delivering training programs
Skills to interface/liaise effectively with internal customers towards needs' identification, conceptualize, develop relevant program content
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
A strong sense of commitment, meeting timelines and passion towards people capability development
Sound written / oral communication skills, conceptual and analytical skill
Deep understanding of L&D function from content creation to delivery
Passion and drive towards delivering training programe
Passion for helping others develop and improve
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
