Nielsen Media Client Service team is responsible for finding and maintaining client relationships.
We make a difference by partnering with our clients and using data to explain what is happening with their business needs, and what they should do to improve business performance.

Role Responsibilities
Responsible for bringing in new business opportunities and prospect clients
Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior managers in terms of preparation and delivery of proposals and credentials.
Provide product solutions and benefits to client business issues/opportunities by developing strategic initiatives for each client.
Develop plans to cross-sell and introduce new services to current clients
Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews.
Ensure continuous market scoping initiatives and release of business proposals to a targeted client are pursued to ensure adequate supply of business prospects are in the pipeline
Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date, and insightful client business profile to be shared with senior management.
Financial Management
Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery, and productivity targets as assigned.
Role Requirements
Preferably candidate with Bachelor's Degree
At least 2-4 years' experience in the media industry (whether it be media agencies, broadcasting, publishing, advertising or online) or the research industry.
Prior proven track record of generating sales within media/advertising agencies
Extensive experience in project management and client servicing
Strong communication and analytical skills.
