Responsibilities:
CEO & COO Support: Work closely and collaboratively with the CEO and COO, serving as their right-hand and providing comprehensive support in executing firm-wide strategies and initiatives.
Calendar and Communication Management: Manage the executive(s) calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments, and handle correspondence and communications, including phone calls and email prioritization.
Strategic Thought Partnership: Actively contribute in strategic discussions, providing insights and perspectives to support the executive(s) decision-making processes.
Project Coordination and Oversight: Lead and oversee projects, ensuring objectives are achieved on time and within budget while maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
Document Preparation and Review: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure accuracy and company standards are met.
Expense and Budget Tracking: Manage and track the executive(s) expenses and budgets, processing reports and ensuring financial compliance and efficiency.
Presentation and Material Development: Assist in creating and refining presentations and materials for various meetings and engagements, focusing on clarity and impact.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on various topics to support executive decision-making and strategy development.
Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including logistics, attendee management, and follow-up activities.
Office Management: Handle general office upkeep, including ordering supplies, coordinating meeting room availability, and arranging office decorations for various occasions, ensuring a functional and pleasant working environment.
Experience Expectations:
Proven track record of high performance in administrative or executive support roles (Required).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a virtual setting (Required).
Strong organizational, communication, and technological skills (Required).
Familiarity with financial services or wealth management industry (Preferred).
Experience in supporting C-level executives (Preferred).
Technologically savvy (Required)
Experience with Microsoft Suite, HubSpot, and some Canva or Adobe Suite or similar design software (Required)
Compensation:
PHP 45,000/mo or more for the right candidate.
