The Senior Executive will supervise the non-trade purchases, consistent and timely recording of expenses, accurate classification of accounts coming SAP BPO and Service Entry Sheets. The role will be reporting to the Associate Manager for Account Receivables and the Senior Manager for Finance and Accounting. The role will be on a temporary work-from-home set-up however, might require travel to the office located in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway area (MCX).
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the accuracy of recorded payables through matching invoices with payment request/purchase order/and evidence of receipt of goods or services
Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete take-up of accruals and company wide expenses through strong business partnering with various stakeholders within the organization and by mastering the company's chart of accounts/cost center categories/etc.
Supports in preparation of quarterly interco matrix
Prepare, maintain, and monitor accounts payable aging and reports
Prepare and analyze monthly accounts for review by Management
Liaise and communicate with suppliers on regular basis for accounts payable issues
Provide supporting documents for internal and external audit requirements GRIR clearing in partnership with SAP Technical Team
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Finance / Accounting)
CPA preferred
At least 3 years of general accounting experience
SAP experience is a PLUS
Detail oriented, ability to show initiative and take responsibility
Strong MS Office skills
Effective time management skills
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communications skills
Effective problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment
