We are seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead our finance team in the Philippines.The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and a drive to deliver accurate results for our management team and clients.
As Senior Director, Finance, You Will...
Oversee all managers and underlying teams (Accounting and Tax, Payroll and Compliance)
Mentor teams to own their functions and all required reporting
Drive improved processes and controls around monthly accounting and reporting for significant classes of transactions
Ensure company accounting is in compliance with IFRS and PH GAAP
Oversee statutory year end audits and participate in the global consolidated audit as required
Liaise with BIR, PEZA, and the CDC on behalf of the company
Oversee projects to better align different business functions (credit cards, procurement, reporting, payroll, etc.)
Partner with internal teams and leadership to provide strategic financial guidance
Oversee all payroll calculations and filings, working with operations to ensure accuracy of all calculations
Review month end reporting to ensure accurate results are reported to head office and prepared for local statutory requirements
Review and file all required tax compliance working papers
Support head office with any reporting, audit, or compliance requirements
Requirements
As Senior Director, Finance, You Have...
A University and/or College Diploma
Accounting designation
5+ years of accounting experience
2+ years of management experience
Strong analytical and problem solving experience with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational & time management skills with ability to work in a fast paced environment while meeting monthly reporting deadlines
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to learn accounting, payroll, and reporting software
Drive, motivation, and quick learning skills
