The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader capable of managing projects from ideation to deployment and optimization, ensuring impactful campaigns and seamless execution across multiple platforms.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesCreative & Content ProductionEdit and produce high-impact video content for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and organic platforms.Design static graphics, carousels, and other engaging visual assets.Add captions, overlays, hooks, and end screens to short-form videos.Format, resize, and optimize content per platform requirements.Contribute to creative strategy-brainstorm hooks, offers, and ad angles.Write compelling headlines and ad copy from creative briefs.Maintain content libraries with clear naming conventions and assist with content calendars.Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, flagging issues with quality or missing assets.Ad Management & StrategySet up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights.Write persuasive direct-response ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.E-commerce & Web DevelopmentManage online store development and advertising assets on Shopify and WooCommerce.Apply UI/UX best practices in creating wireframes, screen flows, and mockups.Implement designs directly in Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.Oversee branding materials and digital asset creation.Utilize strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and e-commerce tools like Klaviyo.QualificationsProven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role within e-commerce.Strong portfolio of video editing, graphic design, and creative content production.Demonstrated success in managing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and website development.Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and digital marketing tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Benefits
