Job Responsibilities Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation (via statistical analysis) to complex data mining Participate in the strategic development of the Data Analytics Program (including the design and implementation of appropriate tools and technologies) Build strong relationships with Information Technology Teams to ensure that successful data mining and analytics activities are conducted Participate in short-term data mining activities aimed at supporting audit delivery and other ad-hoc requests to support Audit engagements Work with Global Internal Audit Personnel to identify opportunities to leverage technology and analytics in connection with risk assessment, audit execution processes and ad-hoc presented projects Liaise with Internal Audit Management and Business Partners to support the implementation of continuous auditing and monitoring activities Provide support and assistance related to intradepartmental software and Sharepoint sites Report on status of projects and tasks. Stay current with applicable company policies and procedures and professional standards Perform other assignments as requested by the Manager Auditing Complete the annual training/development requirements Job Requirements Bachelors degree (preferrably in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or Information Technology) 3 or more years of experience with Audit and/or Data Analytics Experience w/ Data Analytics / Data Mining Tools (e.g. ACL, IDEA, Python), visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath) Knowledge of Scripting w/ SQL, VB, or BASIC Knowledge of SAP Working knowledge of business processes, internal controls, and audit process Work w/ project & business leaders to design, develop, implement, and maintain analytic solutions Ethical & objective, maintains confidentiality Commitment to professional development Strong attention to detail & takes initiative to proactively discuss, start, and complete projects in a highly fluent & fast paced environment #LI-Hybrid Goodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
