Implement and manage macOS security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other cyber threats
Configure and maintain the pf firewall to ensure robust network security and compliance with organizational policies
Utilize JAMF Pro for macOS device management, focusing on security configurations and compliance monitoring
Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to provide advanced threat protection and endpoint security
Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential risks
Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices for macOS environments
Investigate and respond to security incidents, providing detailed analysis and remediation plans
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of security measures across all systems
Experience with network access technologies implemented on macOS: VPN, Cloud Access Security Brokers, Conditional Access, MFA
Stay updated on the latest macOS security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve our security posture

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of experience in macOS architecture and administration with a focus on Security
Experience in macOS security principles and best practices
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or similar endpoint protection solutions
Solid knowledge of pf firewall configuration and management
Proficiency with JAMF Pro for device management and security compliance
Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven solid communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation of security tasks
Experience with mac Endpoints integrated in MS Azure environment
Familiarity with other security tools and frameworks
