Position: SR. COST CONTROLLER
Location of Work: Cubao, Quezon City
Employment Status: Project Employment
Salary Rate: PhP 1,000.00 - 1,350.00 per 8 worked hours (negotiable, depends on qualifications)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any 4-year Business/Finance course
• With 5 years work related experience
• Knowledgable in SAP and MS Office Tools
• Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Oversee all activities within the team and formulate strategic approach that could be implemented or recommended to develop plans and action in order to accomplish team's goals and objective.
• Analyze, Review and Update Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) of Projects.
• Control and Monitor project total expenditure and project commitments including verifying of invoices and claims from supplier, vendors and subcontractor to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded for the monthly report
• Coordinates with Project Managers, Project Engineers and other respective team involved for the inputs and updates of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) monitoring.
• Responsible in creating Purchase request creation (both materials and services) including validity of requests (if compliant), tracking of logistics, controlling of budgets and statuses of documents, awards etc.
• Purchase Requisition Creator via SAP Application including tracking of conversion to Purchase Order.
• Coordinate and communicate various team, vendors and partners in handling different queries including but not limited to purchase related concerns, invoice, payment issuance, etc.
• Collating and preparing of all Purchase request and properly inform Lead Facility Engineer for system releases.
• Ensure proper downloading and uploading of quality data on any system-based software, tools and application being used in line with the inputs and reports gathered from various team and partners to ensure up to date data entry on the main monitoring and database critical to the project.
• Maintain proper monitor and tracking of project's expenditures and budget statuses and generate various reports related as requested.
• Maintain database, ensure all data is updated, accurately classified and reviewed for quality assurance.
• Participate and attend various meetings and discussions to provide feedbacks and statuses in order to gather data for monitoring and reporting.
• Perform quality review of data abstraction to ensure accuracy and escalating for additional review to outstanding document or data exceptions until complete data set has been capture and align with standards.
• Analyze, arrange and systematize ledgers, directories and database for proper handling, retrieving and safekeeping of all documents and all its integral part.
• Timely and accurate delivery of all standard and ad hoc reporting.
• Other task that may be assigned from time to time
