Positions in this function are specific to security at the Corporate level, ensuring protection and monitoring of company assets. *Employees in jobs labeled with SCA must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement. Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed.
Incumbent will be part of Global Security Operations and will be managing Security operations for all the ten sites in PHL with approximate head count of 15000.
Primary Responsibilities:
Physical Security of sites to protect assets
Guard Force Management
Business Continuity Management from physical security perspective.
Stake holder management.
Electronic security: Access control and CCTV systems.
Incident and Crisis management.
Executive protection and Travel Security.
Training and awareness
Participate in audits: ISO 27001, ISO 9001
Work with less structured, more complex issues
Serve as a resource to others
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Ability to manage multiple sites across Philippines
Vendor Management - ability to Manage multiple vendors to ensure they deliver as per SLA and scope of agreement
Ability to do budget planning, expense tracking to ensure smooth operations
Excellent communication skills to interact with key stake holders and conduct training's for Optum employees
Ability to manage security team who are on roles of security service provider with respect to their deliverables
Basic understating of security systems which include ACS, Fire detection and fire suppression systems
Risk assessment and management
Well-versed with basic audit frame works related to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
Basic project management related to security domain
Working knowledge of security systems (ACS and CCTV)
