Senior Continuous Services Improvement Administrator

Key Deliverables
Ensure that all employee personal data is managed within legal guidelines, diplomacy and with discretion.
Proactively look for ways of improving and enhancing the HR administrative service offering to both staff and the business.
Ensure that employees' pay and time adjustments will be processed on a timely and accurately manner.
Ensure that any queries/requests related to Payroll will be addressed on a timely manner.
Ensure high customer service standards in all elements of the work.
Workstream/Line Management responsibilities
Manage time and attendance data, including conducting reporting and analysis as required
Work with key stakeholders, HRBPS and Managers to provide time data and resolve queries.
Responsible for dealing or escalating routine enquires either by post or telephone.
To aid with HR activities as directed by the HR Business Partners and HR Director.
Work with other HR Administrators to ensure we have a consistent approach in managing our systems and practices, updating the team as appropriate.
Assist employees in any HR concerns via calls and emails not just payroll related concerns.
Assist in carrying out audits.
To provide support to the rest of the PPS teams as directed.
Participate in HR / Payroll projects as requested by your Manager and Director.
Qualifications
Essential Skills /Experience
Experience of working in an administrative role.
Team oriented.
Ability to work independently when required, but with the ability to know when to seek guidance and advice from colleagues.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills to keep up with a fast paced and often pressurized environment.
Excellent attention to details to ensure the highest levels of quality always.
Organized and methodical approach to activities and systems.
Strong customer service ethic.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in the English language.
Able to use the Microsoft Office suite
