QUALIFICATIONS:List the knowledge, skills, and experience that allow the job to be performed in a fully competent manner.
Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Mathematics
Genuine interest in capital markets and portfolio management
Strong understanding of the area of risk management, factor-based investing, portfolio construction and optimization
Understanding of basic concepts of financial mathematics and statistics.
Knowledge of the functioning and application of wide variety financial instruments including standard Stock and Bonds assets as well as complex derivative products such Options, Futures, IR Swaps, Structured Products, Fixed Income instruments with included options, etc.
Excellent command of MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Good communication skills in client-facing situations
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team Player, Enthusiastic and Motivated
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
