Job Description
Our Client is a leading full-service architectural and interior design company based in the UAE.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the role is to be based on a work-from-home basis in the Philippines working on projects within the UAE.
Key responsibilities:
Production of unique architectural Pre-concept Design, Concept Design, Schematic design
Revision & assembly of informative reports based on client RFPs & briefs
Coordinating with structural engineers, building services specialists and other teams.
Ability to abide to timelines set by project heads with responsive turnarounds
Accountable for the accuracy and quality of work
Consistently seek to improve the company's design & operational quality efficiently & intuitively
Applicant requirements:
Degree or postgraduate degree in Architecture. Membership with a recognised professional architectural body & graduation from a reputed university will be beneficial
15+ years relevant experience as a concept design architect with reputable design consultancies
Strong sense of concept design and competitive winning work with a proven track record of major project delivery [in the form of a portfolio]
Experienced in design of a variety of building types in the UAE
Strong conceptual thinking
Familiar with Local Codes of Practice
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Good verbal /written communication [well versed in English] and organisational skills
