Organise the team so that it operates smoothly with the objective of tasks and projects being completed on time and accurately
Ensure jobs are programmed, tested by the Programmer and peer reviewed.
Adhere to the Release Policy, development procedures and ISO policies & procedures. This specifically includes ensuring defects reported by QA are corrected within the required timeframe.
Educate developers on policies and procedures, most specifically those policies and procedures related to development
Ensure responses given to Helpdesk and other staff are accurate
Review specifications written by the Product Owner
Work closely with Managers and Leads from the other teams to ensure proper coordination across operations
Any other tasks assigned from time to time by Development Manager (Australia), AU counterpart and by the Management.
