We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior Civil Drafter to lead drafting on major road infrastructure projects - fully remote. If you've got 6+ years' experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for mentoring and delivery - we want to hear from you.
 
What You'll Do:
Lead drafting for mid to large-scale road projects
Guide and mentor junior and trainee drafters
Ensure precision and quality across all deliverables
Collaborate with a high-performing, remote engineering team
What You Bring:
6+ years' civil drafting experience (roads/infrastructure)
Team leadership or mentoring experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and standards
