Position: Senior Buyer
Working Hours/Shift: Israel time zone, Sunday to Thursday or Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Salary Range: $1000-$1500 /month

What You'll Do:
Take a hands-on approach to drive excellence in sourcing and procurement.
Serve as the company's resident expert, designing and executing a global supplier and procurement strategy.
Lay the foundation for future procurement workflows and processes, collaborating closely with the product team to define essential features and system capabilities.
Implement effective Quality Management procedures to ensure the highest standards in procurement practices.
Hire and manage freelancers and different service providers to execute end-to-end client procurement.
Work tirelessly to build and optimize internal procedures, monitor KPIs, and constantly seek new ways to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
A get-things-done individual with a goal-oriented work ethic.
Possess an autonomous spirit with a mindset for building and optimizing processes.
5+ years of procurement experience in an international context, working with both buyers and sellers. Familiarity with the Electronic components space-advantage.
Excellent spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) and a willingness to adapt to and leverage technological advancements in procurement.
High degree of intercultural competence and negotiation experience with international partners.
Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating seamlessly across different departments.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
