We're looking for people who have
Corporate & business-level strategy: Work closely with senior executives across functions - such as product, sales, marketing, business development, and finance - to set our strategy and drive key business initiatives
Strategic knowledge & insights: Develop outstanding insights on our markets, competitors, and business trends, and disseminate this knowledge across Quipper and contribute to making key decisions
Operational excellence: Once planned and developed strategies, would also implement tactics and monitor critical success metrics
Responsibilities and Duties
Will be in charge of gathering necessary data and planning the sales strategy - starting from the positioning of product and service, up to actual sales tactics.
Once the strategy is decided, also takes responsibility to plan the actual tactics and execute them for the related departments.
Works closely with
Business Planning Team Manager
Business Development Department
Other necessary departments/people for the assigned task
Builds good and sustainable relationships with internal and external counterparts
Assigned to seasonal projects or tasks - related to the needs of the business (e.g. Research)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/numerical field; MBA or other advanced technical degree preferred
2+ years experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast-growing globally operating tech company
Strong analytical skills and a high degree of comfort with numbers/data
Comfortable with using Excel/Spreadsheets
Excellent logical thinking and documentation skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Great at handling multiple tasks and troubleshooting
Excellent time management skills
Accurate on schedule and sufficiently meets deadlines
Is a cross-functional leader who is able to engage, listen and collaborate with internal departments/teams to align early on overall strategy and goals
