About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant who will provide support in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners including the support of global delivery demand forecast
In this role, you will:
Provide support in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners including the support of global delivery demand forecast
Responsible for maintaining partner relationships, ensuring high quality team deliverables and SLAs
Working closely with stakeholders & partners, interacting closely with multiple business partners program managers
Will be involved directly in the requirements gathering and implementation for build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, and/or advanced data visualization
Be a subject matter expert to design, develop and customize SharePoint Solutions with hands-on experience as a JIRA administrator
Support/develop specific, customized reports, ad hoc analyses and/or data visualizations, formatted with business user-friendly techniques to drive adoption, such as (1) Excel macros/pivoting/filtering, (2) PowerPoint slides and presentations/ Visuals, and (3) clear verbal and e-mail communications
Work independently, foster a culture of healthy and efficient working for the team
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and demonstrate strong presentation skills
Able to communicate flawlessly and respond to queries/ clarification/ question to stakeholders and Sr. leaders with data points and factual insights
Designing and solving complex business problems by reporting/analytical techniques and tools
Collaborate and consult with peers & leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures and ensures adherence to data management/data governance policies, and procedures
Execute in a fast-paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Required Qualifications:
6-8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, Analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
Functional/Domain: People growth, demand forecasting, transition, transformation, change management experience /
Desired Qualifications:
Experience designing and managing large complex global programs, new processes, programs and services.
Depth and breadth of knowledge of both global complexities and enterprise synergies
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Proactive problem solver
Collaborative and positive team player
Advanced knowledge in creating dashboards, manage and track changes in JIRA
