Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hit or exceed a set sales monthly quota and a fixed revenue per lead target
- Present the company and its services to all leads assigned by the Marketing and the Inside Sales groups
- Nurture these leads and attempt to turn them into customers
- Generate new leads via cold marketing and create a unique network of relationships by leveraging existing networks to secure ongoing introductions and referrals
- Record all sales activities in the Pipeline CRM and all other tools provided
- Update client information in the company contact database in the Pipeline CRM
- Report a monthly forecast
- Provide feedback and recommendation to management to improve Callbox' reputation, competitive advantage and product specifics
- Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing reach.
- Perform other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor or CEO
Qualifications:
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager for a company in a related field
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any field
- Should be of legal age
- Excellent communications skills
- Amenable to work in an office-based setup
- Sales/Marketing experience is a plus but not required
- Willing to work in Davao
- Willing to start ASAP
