The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will assist the Division Head to support Retail Banking Segment's (including all Groups reporting under the Segment) requirements, in the aspect of planning, performance management, and special projects management.
How you'll contribute
Builds and updates financial/ product profitability models (whether pertaining to specific programs or products or channels) based on clear understanding of consumer businesses to support decision making for the Segment Head.
Prepares financial projections and business plans based on collaboration with Business Heads for special projects which are usually business opportunities that can support the attainment of the Retail Bank vision.
Ensures the team's full compliance to process manuals and to applicable regulatory/ audit/ compliance standards by keeping abreast of them to prevent audit findings.
Maintains process manuals by updating them on a timely basis to manage operational risk.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree holder of Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration or any related course
Must have at least 3-4 years relevant experience
Should have knowledge of accounting and finance concepts and financial modeling
Must have strong analytical and computer skills including Excel and Powerpoint
Must have good and effective interpersonal and communication skills; Conflict management and problem-solving skills; Project management skills
Must be Keen to details and notices discrepancies/ inconsistencies/ abnormal trends
