General BA Responsibilities
Collecting and analyzing the department business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to business process.
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and results.
Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and interviews.
Analyzes and defines processes of BFS both "To Be" and "As Is."
Designs new process by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying resource capabilities; writing specifications.
Improves processes by studying current practices; designing modifications.
Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
Do annual business process review in accordance with the BFS Infrastructure and Quality Management Framework.
Recommends process improvement measures and changes to all identified process gaps
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Project Management
Understands Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodology
Develops project plans
Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
Translates business requirements to the development team to meet the client's business needs.
Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product's functional requirements.
Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from end users.
Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios.
Coordinating with the groups of business unit who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services and software.
Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
Graduate of a bachelor's degree preferably in the field of industrial engineering.
Project management skills
Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
