Reporting To : Marketing Manager
Main Function:The Senior Brand Manager is the strong number two Marketing Manager. The Senior Brand Manager will work hand in hand with the Marketing Manager in driving PSACCs ambition thru brand and business development programs. This person will be responsible for driving overall PSACCs growth and Market Share. He or She will be leading in working with cross channels including but not limited to
Online and Offline in driving the PSACCs marketing objectives. This person will manage relationships, including sustaining and maximizing business relationships with stakeholders and the target market.
He or She is responsible for translating market insights into aggressive marketing plans to drive market share. He or She will be leading and working with marketing agencies in collaboration and execution of creative briefs and marketing plans. He or She will be analyzing and strengthening the research arm to extract relevant market insights from brand studies and relate them to strategies. He or She will work hand in hand with the Marketing Manager in managing Brand budgets, studying financial processes, generating sales, and delighting the target market. He or She will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the marketing objectives are aligned with the other departments goals.
He or She will partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and monitor metrics and dashboards to understand industry trends and practices. Measure and report performance of all marketing activities: analyze campaign performance through thoughtful and insightful reporting. Develop a KPI framework and benchmarks to measure the success of campaigns so to ensure continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities :Design differentiated and relevant B2B customer segment value propositions, drawing on capabilities from across the PSACC ecosystem:
*Develop customer segments and personas, drawing on proprietary and third-party
data & insights, and working closely with teams from commercial strategy, brands, channels, and products.
*Conduct in-depth customer needs and benefits analysis to uncover new propositions and value that can be delivered to customers, in order to build lasting, valuable relationships.
*Define customer-centric strategic value narratives, and associated
credentials/reasons to believe.
*Conduct market analysis to ensure commercial viability and feasibility of propositions.
*Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure customer propositions align with the strategies of other teams and support the delivery of business KPIs.
*Map customer journeys and touch-points, defining opportunities for Globe to engage and communicate effectively, delighting our customers, and differentiating ourselves.
*Engage with stakeholders (Brand, Channels, Product, Customer Experience) to execute the proposition. Maintain customer propositions in life, to ensure they remain relevant to
customers:
*Continuously review propositions in light of customer response, revenues, market trends, and competitor moves.
*Maintain the B2B Customer Segment Brandbook an internal bible that details the firms in-depth understanding of each segment and persona; live propositions; strategies; and go-to-market approaches.
Develop segment-specific strategies based on market developments and trends, customer and competitor insights:
*Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other campaign partners to develop appropriate content and campaigns to drive acquisition and retention.
*Engage with Industry, and other department managers to cascade the strategic plans to drive acquisition and loyalty. Lead annual marketing planning cycle and periodic plan reviews, working closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments:
*Conduct ongoing analysis of business results in light of market trends and developments to dynamically manage plans and delivery.
*Very good in Proposition Design, Customer segmentation, Strategic Planning, Technology, Product & Service Understanding, Customer Journey Mapping, Stakeholder Management, Data and Analytics, and Return on marketing investment.Competencies and Skills--*Proven work experience in brand marketing, campaign management, andperformance marketing.
*Experience in user acquisition media planning across online and offline media
*Knowledge in key areas of Marketing (Social Media, Content Marketing, Partnerships)
*Strong experience with marketing project and campaign management, including data analysis, interpretation, design, implementation, and report writing.
*Highly creative problem solver with a focus on results
*Experience in Performance and Experiential Marketing
*Excellent Eye for detail, time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

*Knowledgeable in Using the Internet, Google (Search), Google Meets,
Google Chats, Zoom
*Active in Social Media, Understands SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other online channels (more than Shopee, Lazada, Etc.)
*Experience in B2B marketing and leads generation is a plus
*Experience collaborating with the Sales team
*Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing different projects
*Ability to coordinate with Third-Party / external agencies as needed
*Demonstrated interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications :*Over 8-10 years of experience in marketing strategy, customer
segmentation, and proposition design, ideally from FMCG
*Experience in developing & executing Marketing Plans Plans and Programs to develop pipelines and deliver revenues
*Understanding of marketing tools and techniques
*Data-driven and proficient with extracting analytic insights to segment
audiences and optimize efforts
*Marketing degree or post-graduate qualifications
*Must be willing to work in Binondo, Manila
