Job Description
AP/AR Reports
Bank Reconciliation
Raising Sales Invoice
Annual PAYG summary lodgments
Quarterly preparation of superannuation
Monthly reparation of cashflow, Accrual accounting and commissions
Working with quality in an efficient manner.
Preparing BAS returns & financial statements for Companies in Xero
Preparing budgets & forecasts and monitoring monthly
Preparation of business activity statements
Weekly bookkeeping including bank reconciliation, payroll, accounts payable
Practice management and ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any equivalent, CPA is an advantage but not required
With atleast 3-5 years of experience in doing Bookkeeping task
Knowledgeable in using Xero and quickbooks
Knowledgeable in Australian Accounting
