Duties:
Will mainly handle and answer difficult inquiries transferred by frontline agents.
Will be responsible for communicating with Account's technical support specialist.
Will concurrently serve as a leader and carry out training sessions to improve the employees' professional and product skills.
Qualifications
Candidate should have at least completed of 3rd year in college (any course)
Candidate must have at least 2 to 3 yrs experience of TSR; Preferably Mobile Account
Must have good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have an average typing speed
Willing to start Asap
Willing to work in Pasig on shifting schedules
