We are looking for a versatile individual to join us as a Senior Associate Consultant at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. You will be involved in a variety of projects and clients playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their companies.
This role is focused on supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and practical insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Job Responsibilities:
Review and provide feedback on the work of associates, analysts, and interns
Contribute to ultimate client deliverables by managing and checking own work product and work product of others
Perform competitive / benchmarking analysis using a variety of tools and resources
Support data management and benchmarking activities for a specific industry
Gain expertise in the team's core compensation survey product, becoming an expert on a business area, and mapping of data into a normalized structure
Assist in the execution of annual survey product
Support the annual data validation process for client submissions
Gain expertise in the use the team's proprietary tools & technology
Share knowledge and tools with peers and other associates
Collaborate with internal clients and partners
Assist in training and onboarding new hires
Assist in ad-hoc projects, such as research and analysis on compensation practices for a specific sector / peer group
Suggested Skills and Experience:
2 to 4 years of related work experience
Familiar with the employee and executive compensation segments
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business, Math, Economics, Accounting, Finance, and Statistics) is preferred.
