The Senior Associate - Logistics Handover is responsible for the smooth coordination and execution of package handover to partner 3PLs. S/he will work closely and effectively with the Logistics Supervisor to ensure all packages are shipped and received by partner 3PLs on-time.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for accurate system updating based on actual dispatch
Responsible to report all irregularities and unusual incidences to logistics supervisor
Daily consolidation of all problematic transactions then submit to CS for disposition
Ensures completeness of courier's delivery documentation prior dispatch
Coordination of 3PL escalations and claims with internal stakeholders
Coordination of customer inquiries with respective 3PLs and the ZALORA Customer Service Department
Work closely with CS and outbound departments to properly execute all problematic and scheduled deliveries.
Coordination and execution of internal and external performance improvement projects
Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.
Requirements:
Graduate of Engineering, Mathematics, Economics and Business Management related courses
Preferably 2-3 years experience in logistics operations
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office / GSuite and familiarity with the internet and email communications
Must excel at multitasking and pay great attention to detail
Dynamic and proactive, with a high level of passion to learn new things and adapt to a challenging task
