Responsibilities:
- Handles tax litigation, tax advisory, tax planning, mergers and acquisition,
restructuring, transfer pricing design and documentation, assistance in tax
assessments, claims fro refunds, requests for rulings, availment of incentives,
local taxes and varied corporate services.
-Supervise Junior Associates.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Laws Degree and Passed the bar.
-The position is open to lawyers with 4 years experience in tax law , tax
accounting or corporate practice.
-Being a CPA is a big advantage.
