Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Incumbent should be responsible for preparation of budgets and forecast and providing different analysis;
· Includes direct interaction with Portfolio leads, Corporate finance team and respective region CFO for driving business;
· Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement;
· Month-end closing which includes P&L analysis, posting necessary closing adjustments and HFM submissions;
· Presenting monthly financial results of vertical for presentation to management.
· Responsible for managing the opex spends against approved budgets/forecast;
· Responsible for developing/managing effective process to develop controls for Fixed Personnel Cost;
· Responsible for preparation of capex budgets and monitoring the capex spend against approved budgets
· Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organisation;
· Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items and effective frame decisions to be made;
· Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
Qualifications
College Graduate
3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A and Controlling Finance Profile- Budgeting and Forecasting;
Sound knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles;
Good knowledge of SAP and HFM;
Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills;
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
