As a Senior Associate, Development Engineering Process, you will execute end to end global commercialization projects and lead business supply continuity initiatives to qualify solutions for the ASIA region. This position has local and regional responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support global Research & Development (R&D) to develop and commercialize new products in local sourcing locations, and, throughout the region as appropriate
Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Planning, and, R&D
Support Global R&D to qualify new methods/instructions in Manufacturing by attending the execution of line trials, support Production Process Validation (PPV) and/or Production Line Qualifications (PLQ)
Liaise with local 3rd party manufacturer to produce product samples and/or raw materials/packaging samples for registration purposes
Liaise with Global R&D and external labs to review test methods, timeline, and test plans, to generate reliable tests data needed for registration
Support chemical formula development and qualification when changes are approved by Global R&D
Production of the required products and samples for Marketing/Trade and compatibility testing
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering or related course
Experience in chemical formulation, mixing of chemical and lab testing
Exposure to working with global and regional team
Knowledge in product registration and regulation is good to have
