What You'll Do:
Create rich, inspiring, and relevant content for our travel platform
Write optimized content through a working knowledge of SEO
Work closely with the SEO team to ensure that high-priority pages and blogs are optimized for search engine
Work with the Central Content Marketing team to develop and implement the content strategy for the written content for the company's widespread audience based on data, research, and an understanding of key content metrics
Responsible for ad-hoc Content Management tasks including but not limited to creating copy for company-wide campaigns, supporting blog requests from other departments within the company, and more
Work with the in-house content team and third-party agency, overseeing all stages of content development, such as content planning, publishing, and reviewing
Responsible for managing high-level Central Content projects initiated by the Central Content team or to support the Central Marketing team
Determine content project requirements and delegate tasks accordingly to the content team, while recommending solutions to improve content quality, accuracy, and delivery
Ensure completion of content projects on time, and as per business requirements and strategies
Ensure that the quality, tone of voice, branding, and messaging of all written content is aligned with the company's brand values and personality across all active markets
Maintain the content production calendar and project schedules by implementing tools to streamline workflow
What You'll Need:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
At least 2-4 years of experience working as a Content Marketer creating content within the lifestyle, culture, or travel space; or a similar role
A good understanding of different media channels used to display content
Expertise in SEO and web traffic metrics
Ability to manage multiple projects
Experience using Content Management Systems
Exceptional creative writing and editing skills in English. Fluency in English reading and writing is a MUST.
Meticulous attention to detail
Proven experience with digital content within a multimedia environment
Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different offices and different cultural backgrounds
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset that's not afraid to work independently when required
