We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Draftsman with extensive experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural drafting principles, construction details, and material specifications. They will be responsible for producing accurate and comprehensive drawings for various projects, primarily focusing on joinery and interior fit-out. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working on Middle East projects and able to join immediately.Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, with a focus on joinery and interior fit-out.
Develop accurate shop drawings for custom joinery and millwork.
Prepare detailed material specifications and schedules.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into technical drawings.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes and standards.
Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) proficiently.
Effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ensure all drawings comply with Middle East building codes and industry standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in architectural drafting, joinery, and interior fit-out.
Experience working on Middle East projects is a must.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software.
Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and technical detailing.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Immediate availability to start work.
