Job Overview:
You will act as a Junior Team Lead and will measure performance with key metrics such as customer service satisfaction scores, average handle time, quality, and attendance.
Job Objectives:
To prepare weekly, monthly, annual results and performance reports.
To assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.
To keep the management informed on issues and potential problems.
To monitor all calls and ensure that due procedures and quality standards strictly adhere.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts team meetings to update members on daily performance and provide action plans for improvement.
Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company policies and performance goals.
Provide encouragement and answer team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
Conducts a regular review of the agent ́s performance and organize training sessions for outliers.
Job Specifications:
Bachelors Degree in Management, or related field.
Proven work experience as a team leader or manager (with voice background preferred).
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
Solid computer skills especially in MS Excel, and Powerpoint Presentation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Has language proficiency test result is a plus.
Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
