As a Senior Analyst for the Server, Storage, and Virtualization, you will be part of the team who will be responsible for the management and administration, engineering and architecture of our Wintel Systems, Storage, and Virtualization Infrastructure
What You'll Bring:
Bachelors Degree/ College graduate or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields
Minimum 3 years Leadership (Supervisory or Management) Experience
Minimum of 5 years as Windows Systems Administrator / Systems Engineering Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience with VMWare or Virtualization Technologies
Minimum of 3 years experience with Storage Management Solutions (SAN, NAS, etc.)

Subject Matter Expertise on Windows Operating System Management and Administration
Advance level skills set on Virtualization technologies, particularly VMWare
Advance level skills set on Storage Systems, particularly HP (Primera, Allerta, etc.)
Experience in Systems automation, deployment, and implementation.
Experience in Systems Design, Architecture and Engineering
Ensure Systems Availability, Capacity, and Performance Management. This involves using Infrastructure Monitoring using tools (Splunk, SCOM, etc.)
Stakeholder Management Experience, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver high quality service to our customers
Establish and ensures partnership with Application teams to ensure high quality product is developed and released into production
ITIL Experience ; Service Level Management, Incident Handling and Resolution, and up to Problem Management, Change Management, Service Transition
Security , Compliance and Risk Management of the Infrastructure and the teams operations
Support and Enable Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Capability of the Infrastructure (Server, Storage, and Virtualization)
Continuous Improvement and Innovation of Infrastructure and Operations
