ZALORA is looking for a Senior Analyst for our Operations Project Management Team who can lead and manage multiple projects, each of which affects different parts of the organization. Implement cross-functional projects within Operations, work on high priority issues, and get direct insights into scaling a fast growing internet company in the emerging Southeast Asian market.
Responsibilities:
Support the Operations Manager in the execution of larger projects and/or lead smaller projects
Manage projects and execute process improvement initiatives affecting multiple functions in Operations and may span on a national (e.g. provinces) or even regional scale (e.g. ASEAN)
Optimize Warehouse and Logistics Processes
Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses
Develop operations performance and metrics dashboard; monitor performance and improvement in key metrics
Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping internal and external stakeholders
Negotiate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Utilize various process improvement tools and methodologies to define activities aligned with business objectives
Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of deliverables
Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets
Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 1 years professional experience with exposure to e-commerce / retail / industrial / operations / engineering projects
Track record of successful project implementation is required
Previous corporate/consulting/banking/operations background is preferred
Strong data analysis skills and high proficiency in MS Excel
Strong communication ability, especially in simplifying and explaining complex concepts
Entrepreneurial drive, strong project management experience and analytical skills
Highly capable of handling multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet short deadlines
Amenable for a hybrid work arrangement (work from home at times and be assigned in the office depending on the business need or business requirements)
Amenable to be assigned in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX)
Preferably, can start ASAP
