Job Title: Senior Analyst, IT Asset Audit and Analysis
Job Description • Conduct audit of physical inventory of IT assets to verify the existence and condition
Monitor and review the movement of IT assets from Procurement, Deployment, Retrieval to Disposal.
Reconcile asset inventory vs asset ledger
Prepare and publish dashboard, charts, graphs and other data for IT Asset Management and Reporting
Establish policies and controls to protect the assets and prevent theft and fraudulent activities.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, management policies
Design and execute asset management policies, procedures, and processes.
Conduct periodic physical count of fixed assets
Perform audit on inventory management, procurement, and shipment activities.
Review asset reconciliation and asset disposal agreements.
Review contract negotiation, contract renewals and vendor management activities.
Represent the company during any audits by a government that involve fixed assets.
Investigate potential obsolescence of fixed assets and recommend whether fixed assets should be disposed of.
Coordinate with management in utilizing the asset management tools to analyze, review and track asset data.
Develop asset control process to monitor accountability and location of assets
Monitor and review the movement of IT assets from Procurement, Deployment, Retrieval to Disposal.
