As the Senior Analyst, Automation and Analytics, you are responsible in providing automation & analytics solutions to functional areas in SC Johnson, eliminating non-value added manual work and generating a data-driven mindset. The role will work closely with functional teams, operational excellence leads and Business Process Transformation , identifying current and future needs and leverage existing databases to implement innovative solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, create and develop automation initiatives across Shared Services Center (SSC) functions through RPA, database management and VBA to drive simplification and standardization aligned with operational and process excellence objectives
Build automation and analytics capabilities in the SSC
Support and coach automation users in their initiatives
Develop and enhance automation and analytics trainings to improve capabilities of the SSC
Ensure that the governance of automation initiatives are aligned Design and create data analytics reports, scorecard, dashboard, and other solutions to help achieve functional objectives
Drive the use of analytics tools for improved efficiency of the functions
Develop ways to validate data and ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in the reports
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Advanced Excel & VBA (Required)
SAP Scripting, Data Analytics software, RPA experience, Knowledge of Development cycle (Data Gathering, Analyze, Beta Testing, UAT, Deployment)
Knowledge on Azure, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), and Tableau an advantage
University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
