As the Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable in Global Delivery Team, you will work with a virtual global team structure. This position is responsible for analytical tasks with a focus on reporting and metric management. Additionally, this position is responsible for the execution of the global SAP Accounts Payable payment program. This position serves a critical supporting role for multiple Accounts Payable regional teams in both routine tasks as well as global process improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Routinely perform global reporting and analytics, including creation of new global reports that provide insights to meet the business needs and drive improvements
Provide support to the global team and ensure that global materials are appropriately updated and fit for purpose for end users
Ensure timely and accurate completion of Accounts Payable (AP) Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Year-End Balance Sheet rollover
Provide global system support for payment program maintenance and other key centralized tasks
Actively participate in LEAN and continuous improvement and identifies and implements continuous improvement on global processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Assist and contribute on global and regional projects as required
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable, R2R (Report to Report) or relevant work experience
Previous experience working in SAP Finance module
Advance Excel skills such as reporting, Pivot, automated reports or analytical is required. Experience in Macro or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) scripts will be an added advantage
Experience working in a multinational organization with global team will be preferred
